Alliance River Crossing is minutes from The Alliance International Bridge. Opened in November of 2010, the bridge provides the fastest route into the Rio Grande Valley from the interior of Mexico. Travelers from Mexico will be able to avoid all the urbanization and congestion areas of Reynosa and Matamoros, Mexico, reducing travel time into the U.S. by approximately one hour. The bridge provides easy access to all of the major attractions in the Rio Grande Valley and will connect to the proposed $300 million International Bridge Trade Corridor.

The city of Donna, TX created one of the largest Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ) in Hidalgo County – the Alliance River Crossing Project.
